Then I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and I will bring them back to the fold, and thy shall be fruitful and multiply (Jer.23:3). The second exodus planned by Yah to honour His covenant with Abraham will have physical manifestation as we see from the scripture above. However, the exodus will also have a spiritual manifestation that will require us to lay down the ways of the world and come back to living according to the commandments of Yah. This is Paul’s guidance to the Corinthians: “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.” “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters. Says the LORD Almighty” (2Cor.6:14-17). Brothers and Sisters God is calling all of us today out of uncleanness and into His light. In numerous scriptures God calls His people out of “Babylon” which represents a world system in enmity with God.
- “Up, up! Flee from the land of the north,” says the LORD; “for I have spread you abroad like the four winds of heaven,” says the LORD. “Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.” (Zec.2:6-7).
- “Move from the midst of Babylon, go out of the land of the Chaldeans; And be like the rams before the flocks. For behold, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon an assembly of great nations from the north country, and they shall array themselves against her; from there she shall be captured. (Jer.50:8-9).
- Flee from the midst of Babylon, and everyone save his life! Do not be cut off in her iniquity, for this is the time of the LORD’s vengeance; He shall recompense her” (Jer.51:6).
- And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities” (Rev.18:4-5).
- Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans! With a voice of singing, Declare, proclaim this, utter it to the end of the earth; Say, “The LORD has redeemed His servant Jacob!” (Isa.48:20).
My Prayer
Father AhaYah, thank you for Your great plans for us. Father, we understand Your plans are for our welfare, to give us a future and a hope. Although unsettling, please give us the spiritual wisdom to embrace Your plans.
Father, please forgive us for the many ways we have become embroiled in the ways of the world and partook in the sins of Babylon. We recognise that you are calling us away from sin and compromise with the ways of the world. Father, we repent and ask for Your forgiveness. Please wash us with the blood of the Lamb.
Father, please give us the courage to follow Your leading and the faith to trust in Your love and the protection of Your mighty hand. We pray in the name of our Saviour and Redeemer, Holy YahshaYah. Aman.
