"Slothfulness casts into a deep sleep, and an idle person will suffer hunger" (Prov.19:15).
"The soul of the sluggard craves, and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied" (Prov.13:4).
"The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be put to forced labour" (Prov.12:24).
Father AHAYAH, please forgive me for falling into slothfulness. Father I realise that once allowed a foothold, slothfulness impacts all areas of our lives, including our relationship with you. Your Word warns that slothfulness not only leads to poverty and lack, but also to spiritual poverty. Father, today I plead Your forgiveness for allowing my mind to become dull through slothfulness and procrastination. Forgive me for not doing my tasks and responsibilities diligently and for putting things off until another time. Father, please forgive me for being slothful in reading and studying Your Word. Father, please forgive me where I have been slow or unwilling to be of service to others.
Father AHAYAH, in you name and authority I renounce all slothfulness and procrastination. I break all generational curses over my life that slothfulness and procrastination originate from. I bind and cast out all spirits behind slothfulness and procrastination operating in my life, in the name of YashaYah.
Father AHAYAH, please renew my mind and re-invigorate me so that I will diligently seek You. Thank you Father, that You promised to be found by us when we do that. Please help me to not put things off until tomorrow that can be done today. Please help me not to become weary at doing good and of being of service to others. Thank you that Your Word encourages us that by doing so we will reap a harvest at the appointed time.
Father AHAYAH, please hear these supplications that I and all those who prayed with me presented to You over the last seven days. Father, please continue to point those things out to us that we need to confess to You for forgiveness.
Father, Your word states, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (1John 1:9). Thank you Father, by faith we receive Your forgiveness. Thank you for Your love, long-suffering and mercy. We worship You and praise You. In the mighty name of my Adonai and Saviour, YashaYah HaMasiach. Aman.
